Hello, my name is Mike Iwasiow, company founder. I have been a software consultant for over 10 years. I spent the first three years of my career in Calgary, Alberta before moving back to Winnipeg in 2003. I spent the next four years developing a client base in Winnipeg before forming Coldwin Software Inc. in Aug 2007.

Today, Coldwin's main business is building custom web and mobile applications for start-ups, established businesses and enterprise companies. A typical client engagement involves designing solution architecture, software development, mentoring and training of internal staff members. Additional responsibilities often include business analysis, cost estimation and assistance with government funding and tax incentive programs.

Coldwin is also the proud owner of a proprietary Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product called Bookedin designed to help small businesses manage their schedules online and eliminate the hassle of booking appointments for common services. Coldwin has taken BookedIN from idea stage to a profitable business with thousands of customers in US, Canada, UK and Australia. This exciting venture has given Coldwin valuable experience in areas of product marketing, sales and start-up financing. We look forward to sharing these and many other lessons we've learned along the way in an effort to help our clients' business grow.
